Terms of use

The agreement between you and Cubbon when you buy from us, sell to us or rent from us.

The short version
  • Every listing is one specific unit, identified by its serial number.
  • Prices are in rupees. You pay through Razorpay. There is no cash on delivery.
  • If we cannot source a Grade A unit for your order, you get a full refund.
  • Returns, warranty, shipping and privacy each have their own page, and those pages are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Using the site

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. Give us accurate contact and address details; we rely on them to ship and support your order.

3. Listings and condition

  • Each listing describes one unit: its serial number, grade, battery health and photos of that unit.
  • We sell Grade A only. The bench report on the listing is the record of its condition when we checked it.
  • Listings marked as sourced to order describe the specification and grade we will source. The serial and bench report are shared before it ships. [CONFIRM WORDING]

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees [AND INCLUDE GST: CONFIRM]. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is by UPI, card or EMI through Razorpay. We do not accept cash on delivery.

EMI is an agreement between you and your bank. Interest or fees charged by the bank are not refunded by us. [CONFIRM]

5. Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp. A unit in your checkout is held for [HOLD TIME]. If we cannot source or ship the unit you ordered, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Delivery, returns and warranty

7. Selling to us

8. Renting from us
