What do you sell?
Refurbished laptops, Apple and Windows, plus parts like RAM, SSDs, hard drives and motherboards, and accessories like chargers and docks. Grade A only, all tested on our bench. We also buy used laptops and rent laptops out.
Where do you source from?
Verified India-based refurbishment vendors. Each order goes out to 2 to 4 suppliers and we pick the best unit. Supplier identity is on our internal procurement record for every order, not on the listing.
How do I know it is genuine?
Every listing shows the serial number before checkout. You can verify it with the maker (for Apple, checkcoverage.apple.com) the moment you receive it. If the serial does not match, we refund in full.
What does Grade A mean?
Functionally perfect, cosmetically minor wear (sub-millimetre scuffs at worst). No grade B or C. If a returned item drops below grade A on re-inspection, it is written off, not relisted.
What about battery health?
Every laptop listing carries the battery health percentage and cycle count. Minimum 80% capacity for any listed laptop. iPad listings carry a battery health note based on charging behaviour testing, since iPadOS does not expose a native number.

How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and EMI on 3 and 6 month plans through Razorpay. No cash on delivery.
How does EMI work?

How long does delivery take?
Sourcing under 6 hours during business hours (Mon to Sat, 10am to 9pm IST), then 2 to 5 days for prep and shipping, depending on your pincode. After-hours orders confirm immediately and start sourcing next business morning.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order ID and the last 4 digits of your WhatsApp number. We also send every update on WhatsApp.
What is the return policy?
7 day no-questions return from delivery. We pay the return shipping. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the unit back at our inspection bench.
What does the warranty cover?
6 months from the delivery date. Covers hardware faults, excludes accidental damage and liquid damage. If repair under warranty exceeds 14 days, we replace with an equivalent unit.
Do you buy used laptops?
