The thesis
India buys a lot of used laptops and tablets. Most of it goes through a marketplace, or a friend of a friend. The first usually hides the serial until you pay. The second has no return policy. We do neither.
Every unit we list shows its serial number, its bench test result, and photos shot on our bench the morning it goes up. If the photo isn't current, the listing isn't live.
How we operate
On-demand sourcing. We do not hold stock. When you order, we quote 2 to 4 suppliers and pick the best unit. Median time-to-source is under 6 hours during business hours.
Returns intake runs out of India, with courier hold-at-hub backup so a vacation never breaks a return.
Where we started, and what we sell now
We started with MacBook and iPad, because Apple holds its value longer than any other consumer hardware in India, and because focus beats being mediocre at everything.
The same bench now handles Windows laptops, parts like RAM, storage and motherboards, and accessories. We also buy used laptops and rent laptops out.
When something goes wrong
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. A person replies, not a ticket system.
You have 7 days to send it back, no questions asked, and a 6-month warranty on hardware faults after that.
